Ingredients
50 g | Dory fish, fresh |
20 g | Butter, unsalted |
2-3 | Coriander leaves |
25 g | Pineapple, fresh |
25 g | Cucumbers, fresh |
5 g | Red chillies, fresh |
10 ml (2 tsp) | Lemon juice, fresh |
50 g | Rice, uncooked |
Cooking Instructions
Baked dory fish
Rub the fish with unsalted butter and place it on an aluminium foil. Sprinkle coriander
leaves on top of the fish. Steam the fish for 5-6 minutes. Shred pineapples, cucumber and
red chilli. Mix all vegetables and add in the fresh lemon juice. Serve the fish with rice
and vegetables.
