30 g (1 slice) | Beef, sliced into strips |
120 ml (½ cup) | Water |
22.5 g (¼ cup) | Ampalaya fruit, seeded |
22.5 g (¼ cup) | Onion leaves, sliced |
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) | Pepper, ground |
160 g (1 cup) | Steamed rice |
Cooking Instructions
Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil. Sauté garlic and beef strips. Add water and
simmer until the beef becomes tender. Add in the ampalaya fruit and cook it as well until tender. Just before serving, put in onion leaves and season with pepper.
