Taro root sweet soup
50 g (1 small) Taro-root
20 g (2.5 x 5ml spoon) Cassava flour
20 g (4 x 5 ml spoons) Sugar

Cooking Instructions

Taro root sweet soup (1 small bowl)

Peel taro-roots then wash them. Cut them into pieces. Stew taro-roots with 150 ml
water then add cassava fl our mixed with 50 ml water and sugar, then boil until they are
well done.
