Ingredients

65 g (1 ½ cups) Small tapioca pearls
15 ml (1 tbsp) Unripe coconut meat
15 g (1 tbsp) Coconut cream
40 g (3 tbsp) White sugar

Cooking Instructions

Tapioca pearls and soft coconut meat with coconut milk (Sa Khu Puak Ma Praw Aon)

Bring water to the boil. Then add tapioca pearls. Stir well to protect the sticking. When the
tapioca is half cooked (half translucent), add the sugar. Add the coconut meat after the
sugar is totally dissolved. Top with coconut milk before serving.
