Ingredients

Sweet tea
200 ml Tea
20 g Sugar
Mango pudding
166 ml Water
5 g Sugar
20 g Pudding powder
10 g Mango, fresh
Fresh fruit
160 g Papaya, fresh

Cooking Instructions

Mango pudding

Combine water, pudding powder and sugar in a saucepan. Stir gently and bring to a boil.
Pour into a wet mould and leave to set. Un-mould pudding and top with mango slices
before serving.
