100 gr | White bread (protein-reduced) |
200 g | Green peppers, fresh |
1/4 g | Garlic powder |
30 g | Rice, uncooked |
200 g | Tomatoes, tinned |
2 ml | Worcestershire sauce |
5 ml | Rapeseed oil |
1/4 g | Salt |
1 g | Spring onion powder |
30 g | Beef |
1/4 g | Pepper |
Cooking Instructions
Stuffed green pepper with white bread
Heat one teaspoon of the oil and sauté the finely cubed beef. When well-done remove from heat and add tomatoes. Cook rice until half done and add into beef-tomato-mixture. Also add salt, pepper, garlic powder, spring onion powder and Worcesterhire sauce. Mix well into a compact stuffing. Stuff each bell pepper with stuffing until full. Put each peppers into some water and cook 30-40 minutes (or until tender).
