Vermicelli noodles with tilapia
120 g Vermicelli noodles
20 g (7 slices) Tilapia fish
100 g Chard
30 g (6 x 5 ml spoons) Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Stir-fried vermicelli noodles with tilapia fish (1 large plate)

Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then cut noodles into 15-25
cm lengths. Boil noodles in water and drain well. Debone tilapia fish. Cut off the uneaten
chard, wash and cut chard into 3 cm lengths. Stir-fry chard with 10 g of oil, transfer to a
bowl. Fry fish then cut them into pieces. Stir-fry vermicelli noodles with 20 g of oil then
mix the stir-fried chard. Transfer to a plate and add fried fish. Mix well when eating.
