Vermicelli noodles with beef and celery
40 g Vermicelli noodles
30 g (8-9 thin slices) Beef
30 g Celery
15 g Vegetable oil
50 g (½ of small bowl) Rice
Chard soup (1 small bowl)
50 g Chard

Cooking Instructions

Stir-fried vermicelli noodles with beef and celery

Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out. Cut noodles
into 10-15 cm lengths and drain well. Cut off the base of the celery and yellow leaves,
wash and cut into 3 cm lengths. Slice beef thinly. Stir-fry celery and beef with 5 g of oil.
Stir-fry vermicelli noodles with 10 g of oil then mix the stir-fried celery and beef. Transfer to
a plate.
