Ingredients

Stir-fried mushrooms & baked bran
20 g Black mushrooms, fresh
20 g Straw mushrooms, fresh
3 g Green onion
40 g Baked bran
5 ml Sunflower oil
5 ml Soy sauce
5 g Brown sugar
Sweet potato porridge
40 g Rice, uncooked
10 g Sweet potatoes, fresh
Stir-fried Chinese white cabbage
100 g Chinese white cabbage, fresh
5 ml Sunflower oil
½ g Salt

Cooking Instructions

Stir-fried mushrooms & baked bran

Rinse the black and straw mushrooms and the stalk of green onion. Cut the green onion
into small cubes. Heat the sunflower oil to stir-fry the green onion, add black mushrooms
and straw mushrooms, stir-fry until heated. Season with soy sauce, sugar and water; cook
for 5 minutes. Serve.

 

Sweet potato porridge

Boil the sweet potatos and the rice in 400 ml of water until they are done.
