10 g | Sweet potatoes, fresh |
Stir-fried Chinese white cabbage | |
100 g | Chinese white cabbage, fresh |
5 ml | Sunflower oil |
½ g | Salt |
Cooking Instructions
Stir-fried mushrooms & baked bran
Rinse the black and straw mushrooms and the stalk of green onion. Cut the green onion
into small cubes. Heat the sunflower oil to stir-fry the green onion, add black mushrooms
and straw mushrooms, stir-fry until heated. Season with soy sauce, sugar and water; cook
for 5 minutes. Serve.
Sweet potato porridge
Boil the sweet potatos and the rice in 400 ml of water until they are done.
