90 g Frozen steamed buns
55 g Egg
20 g Stalk green onion
10 ml Sunflower oil
Tea with milk
200 ml Black tea
10 ml Cream
15 g Sugar

Cooking Instructions

Steamed buns with omelet

Beat the eggs evenly, add some salt, then mix again. Heat some oil to stir-fry the green
onion, then add the egg mixture. Fry on both sides until golden brown, remove to plate
and serve. Wrap the omelet into the steamed buns.
